Athlete Check-In
Athlete Check-in is compulsory for all participants. You will collect your race number and timing chip.
Please note, all participants must pre-book their check-in time. To do this, please log in to your MyEvents and select or update your preferred Check-In time.
*Selections are made during registering for the event. Please check your confirmation email for your chosen time.
Location: Lions Park, Noosa Heads click for Google Map directions

- Friday 23 May 2025: 10am - 7pm
- Saturday 24 May 2025: 4:30am - 9:45am*

- QR Code (This will be sent to all Athletes Race Week)
Who can collect?
If you are unable to attend, another person can Check-In on your behalf, providing they have a copy of your QR Code email.

Event Day Transport
PARKING & SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE
Shuttle buses will be available at Noosa Dolphins Rugby Union Club and Noosa Junction Station to transport all runners & supporters to the Event Hub at Lions Park.
Stop 1: Bicentennial Drive, Sunshine Beach Queensland 4567 (Near the Anglican Church)
Stop 2: Noosa Junction Station
Stop 3: Event Hub at Noosa Heads Lions Park

Please note, there will be one accessible bus in rotation each day.
Please note between 4:00am-6:00am, athletes and volunteers will have priority access to buses. Buses will run roughly every 10 minutes.

NOOSA FERRY SERVICE
You could also take the ferry to race start! Noosa Ferry will be offering early morning express services departing Pelican Boat hire (Ferry Stop 3) in Noosaville direct to Hastings Street, Sofitel Jetty (Stop 7).

Hydration
Hydration is an essential part to ensure your race day is a success. PURE Electrolyte Hydration will be on course at all aid stations and contains the electrolytes sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium. It is formulated to replace electrolytes, provide fuel (5% carbohydrates) and hydrate while avoiding stomach upset.

Road Closures
With an event of this size, we rely on the goodwill of businesses and residents to help us make the event a success. To assist those that live or work near or on the course, we have produced a map of the traffic access plan, including road closures and parking restrictions that will be in place on Saturday 25 May 2024.
