The allocation of entries at the above prices are limited and prices will increase once this allocation is exhausted. Prices are as advertised during registration at the time of purchase.

- Please note that the cut-off for personalised bibs is the 11 April 2027 - after this date, you receive a bib with the race number only.
When completing a person-to-person transfer, please be vigilant. Here's some easy ways confirm that it is a legitimate transfer.
- Never exchange money directly with the seller. Once a transfer is successful, the runner's original registration will be refunded less the transfer fee.
- When accepting a registration, you will be transferred to the standard event registration form. This is hosted on Njuko, the url is here
- Check the sender email - some scammers will change the email name to look like the email address. Click on the sender's email/name to check the real email it has come from screenshot attached

2027 Runaway Noosa Marathon Terms & Conditions
This event takes place in Queensland, Australia. It is each athlete’s sole responsibility to ensure that they can attend (including Athlete Check-In during specified times) and compete in the event on the day. Other than as provided for in the Athlete Withdrawal Policy set out below, no further remedies will be provided for change of mind or change of personal circumstances (incl. work conflicts, illness or injury).
As stated in the Terms of Entry (including Activity Waiver), under no circumstance are you permitted to give your race bib to another person. The safety of our athletes is paramount, therefore we need to ensure we have correct details of all our athletes on course.
Athlete Withdrawals
This Athlete Withdrawal Policy forms part of the Event’s Terms and Conditions of Entry & Participation and provides you with withdrawal options which are in addition to any existing entitlements you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Without exception, all requests must be received on or before the below dates to be eligible for withdrawal options. All requests must be received in writing via e-mail to runawaynoosa@theironmangroup.com.
Where eligible, please allow up to 30 business days for your refund to be processed. The refund is automatically issued to the credit card originally used to pay for the registration. If this card has since been cancelled or has expired, it is the athlete’s responsibility to notify our customer service team when requesting the eligible refund.

Athletes can transfer their race entry to a friend subject to the following terms:

Transfer request is submitted via original athlete’s Participant Dashboard before 5:00pm (AEST) 20 May 2027.

The transferred registration must be for the same distance.

The transfer is complete when the receiving athlete registers and pays (at the current advertised price on the Event website) using the transfer registration link.

A full refund of the entry fee will be processed, less a $27 transfer fee, once the new transferred registration is completed.

Additional purchases and merchandise cannot be transferred to another athlete. The above Additional Purchase and Merchandise terms will apply.

Athletes can request to transfer their entry to a lesser or greater race distance up until such time as that race distance is sold out, subject to the following terms:

Athletes must log into their Participant Dashboard and select Change Competition before 5:00pm (AEST) on 20 May 2027. After this date, such requests can only be made at the Athlete Services Desk at Athlete Check-in.

Transferring to a greater distance: Difference in entry fees between the two distances payable at the time of transfer.

Transferring to a shorter distance: Difference in entry fees between the two distances will not be refunded.
Road Running Pregnancy Policy

For Athletes that become pregnant after registering for Runaway Sydney Half Marathon: Event Organiser will provide a refund of the entry fee with proof of pregnancy or birth certificate of new child(ren).

For Athletes that are adopting or birthing via surrogacy: Event Organiser will provide a refund of the entry fee with proof of surrogacy birth or adoption within three months prior, or two months post-event date.
Verification
Athletes are required to provide written confirmation, by a qualified person or through official documentation, of the relevant circumstance e.g. medical note signed by a doctor, physician or registered midwife.
Event Organiser reserves the right to request additional verification of the relevant circumstances and may deny a refund request if the documentation provided is deemed insufficient.
The safety of all athletes on course is our priority. Our event team considers each race/event individually to determine the entry requirements. Racing wheelchairs are available for the 10km course. Please email runawaynoosa@theironmangroup.com if you intent to compete with a racing wheelchair.
Due to course conditions, including the volume of participants on course, traffic conditions and road running safety requirements associated with this course, the following distances are not suitable to be completed using wheelchairs (racing and non-racing) or with prams.
